We usually ship with EMS.
We are not responsible for any trouble during transportation except our fault. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
(If the items are lost or damaged during delivery, please recover from the insurance. In that case, the amount is declared in JPY and the rate from “BTC to JPY” at the time of purchase is applied.)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are lost, damaged, unclaimed, or undeliverable.
Also, International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for the refund, less the shipping charges. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Contact us at email@example.com .
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Furthermore, in the case of return by your convenience except our fault, you are necessary to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the purchase price of the items. That means we will refund 80% of your purchase price. Also if you use byteball-20%-cashback-program, we can not accept returns except our fault. Please understand, this is countermeasures against scam and cheating.
Finally, All refunds are paid in Bitcoin.
